Clubhouse Terms and Agreements

The HGSRC facilities are available for rental, subject to the following general rules:

  • Reservations are available on a first come, first served basis from www.hgsrclub.com. Any available slot on the calendar may be rented, subject to these terms.

  • Rental durations includes setup and takedown time. Please account for this when making your reservation.

  • All rentals are subject to these terms and the HGSRC rules as posted on www.hgsrclub.com and the conditions set forth below for pool rentals and clubhouse rentals.

  • There is no smoking or any illegal activities permitted on premises.

  • Please be courteous to our Harrington Grove neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level at all times. No outside music (including DJs or bands) or loud noise permitted after 10:00 pm. No music on house speakers after 11:00 pm.

  • Renter’s are responsible for the cost to HGSRC to repair or replace any damages to the premises or for required cleaning of the premises in full immediately upon the presentation of an invoice for such costs.

  • Failure to comply with this agreement or any HGSRC rules may result in an event being terminated immediately with no refund.

  • Full payment is due at the time of the reservation and payment by renter constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. For convenience, payments are processed electronically from www.hgsrclub.com.

  • Rental reservation and payment by renter acknowledges the terms and conditions for pool rentals and clubhouse rentals. Any clean-up expenses or repair charges will be billed or invoiced to the renter and are payable upon receipt. Renters are responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.

HGSRC Club House Rentals

  • Maximum # of guests is 150.

  • Rentals include use of 4 rectangle tables (3’x5’), 4 round tables (4’), 50 folding chairs and 2 high chairs. These items must be returned to the storage closet at the conclusion of the rental unless otherwise agreed in advance.

  • Catering and alcohol are permitted, subject to Club Rules.

  • Renters are responsible to leave the club house clean and ready for the next renter. A clean-up checklist will be posted inside the Club House.

  • Wet clothing is prohibited inside the Club House.

  • No pool furniture may be moved inside Club House and no Club House furniture may be moved outside.

  • The Club House is air conditioned, so please do not prop doors open.

  • Complete all check-out procedures:

    • Clean, fold, and return tables and chairs to storage closet (count before/after)

    • Sweep, mop and/or vacuum floors

    • Clean furniture as needed

    • Remove all trash and recyclables to outside bins; replace can liners inside

    • Clean restrooms and ensure water is turned off

    • Clean kitchen area and all appliances

    • Return Heating/Cooling to the original setting. (72 winter months, 75 summer months)

    • Lock all exterior and restroom doors.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations with at least 7 days notice will receive a full refund of the total rental price.

  • Cancellations with less than 7 days and at least 72 hours notice will receive a 50% refund of the total rental price.

  • Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice and no shows receive no refund.
