What is the HGSR Club App?

Harrington Grove Swim and Racquet Club has partnered with Club Automation to develop a new member portal and mobile application. The HGSR Club app tailored to consolidate all of our social media groups, member accounting systems, and facility access cards into one easy to access platform. Members and guests can seamlessly edit account information, had family members, view club activities, and even register for programs, right from your mobile device.

First Time Logging In?

From a web browser on your computer, navigate to Member Portal. In the top right corner, select the link called “Access My Account”. This link will take you to the user registration page.

Enter your first name, last name, and email address associated to your Harrington Grove Swimming and Racquet Club account and click “Continue”. If the information you provide, does not match our records, please go to the support section of the home page and submit a support request.

The next page will ask you to provide a verification code. This code will be sent to your email. Entering the provided code and click “Continue”. You will be asked to define your username and to create a new password. (Hint: we recommend using your email address as your username.)

With this new system, we will ask a few questions to validate the information we have on file. The required information will include:

Birthday (format 01/31/1999 – Month, day, and 4-digit year)
Street Address
City
State
Mobile Number
Home Zip Code

Click “Next” to proceeded. The next page will ask you to identify an emergency contact. After completing the form, hit “Next” to proceed to a signature page. Place a “Check” in the agreement box and sign. Click “Finish” to close the form.

Download the App

Now that you completed the above account creation process, download the app and login. This will grant you access to the club via your own personal barcode, allow you to create and view court reservations, and read any club announcements right on your phone.
