Pool/Pavilion Terms and Agreements

The HGSRC facilities are available for rental, subject to the following general rules:

  • Reservations are available on a first come, first served basis from www.hgsrclub.com. Any available slot on the calendar may be rented, subject to these terms.

  • Rental durations includes setup and takedown time. Please account for this when making your reservation.

  • All rentals are subject to these terms and the HGSRC rules as posted on www.hgsrclub.com and the conditions set forth below for pool rentals and clubhouse rentals.

  • There is no smoking or any illegal activities permitted on premises.

  • Please be courteous to our Harrington Grove neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level at all times. No outside music (including DJs or bands) or loud noise permitted after 10:00 pm. No music on house speakers after 11:00 pm.

  • Renter’s are responsible for the cost to HGSRC to repair or replace any damages to the premises or for required cleaning of the premises in full immediately upon the presentation of an invoice for such costs.

  • Failure to comply with this agreement or any HGSRC rules may result in an event being terminated immediately with no refund.

  • Full payment is due after approval of the rental request and payment by renter constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. For convenience, payments are processed electronically from www.hgsrclub.com.

  • Rental reservation and payment by renter acknowledges the terms and conditions for pool rentals and clubhouse rentals. Any clean-up expenses or repair charges will be billed or invoiced to the renter and are payable upon receipt. Renters are responsible for all costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees.

 

HGSRC Pool Rentals

  • Pool rentals will be available during the normal pool operating season only.

  • Pool rentals are available to Club members only and may include 1-25 guests during regular pool hours or up to 120 guests after hours, subject to pool rules.

  • The pavilion is included at no extra charge with all pool rentals.

  • 2 picnic tables and a plastic table will be reserved by the guards prior to the rental.

  • At least 7 days advance notice is required for pool rentals in order to arrange sufficient lifeguard coverage.

  • Swimming must complete by 11pm.

  • Pool rentals are not available during holidays or Club events.

  • Renters are responsible to remove trash and decorations following any pool rental.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations with at least 7 days notice will receive a full refund of the total rental price.

  • Cancellations with less than 7 days and at least 72 hours notice will receive a 50% refund of the total rental price.

  • Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice and no shows receive no refund.
